After you upgrade on the VRV website, make sure to logout of the app and then log back in to get your Premium access.
If you are still not receiving your premium membership on your mobile device please take the following steps:
1) Sign out of the VRV App
2) Completely close out of the VRV app
3) Clear VRV cache data
4) Sign back in to VRV
This should should get you back to enjoying your premium content in no time! If you are still having issues, please let us know.
