If you are seeing an error message stating "Your clone is on VRV already" then it means that the account email address you selected is already taken. If you control that email address you may use the password reset feature to sign in.
If you received this message upon attempting to sign in, it may be that you are entering your information in the wrong location. Please make sure you are using the "Sign In" form and not the "Create Account" form. On web browsers you may sign in by selecting the empty profile in the top right of the screen and selecting "Sign In" from the drop down list.
